2011-2012 ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES

I. Submit completed Family/Student Application along with the $25.00 application fee.

• K3 - K5 applications must include a completed Health Inventory Form including a lead screening.
• Applications for grades 1-8 must include a copy of last year’s report card, most current year report card, and a copy of the most recent test scores.
• All applications must include a completed Pastoral Reference Form, as well as Christian faith statements by parents. Students entering 6th grade and above must also include a statement of their Christian experience.

II. The admissions office will contact applicant for a tour and on-campus interview.

III. Prior to making an admission decision, school administrators will review the application, test scores, transcripts/grade reports and interview notes.

IV. Prospective student testing will be done if deemed necessary by administration.

V. Applicants will be notified of enrollment status by mail or by telephone.
